The Central and Urban team negotiated the purchase contract, negotiated the Agreement for Lease, secured planning consent, appointed and managed the multi-disciplinary design and consultant team and negotiated the construction contract. A forward fund agreement was secured with a UK institutional investor. The Central & Urban team delivered at every stage of the development.
