This new-build hotel is situated next to the main railway line running through central Manchester. The development is a 17-storey hotel, pre-let to Dalata Hotel Group for a Maldron branded hotel. The Central and Urban team were responsible for negotiating the purchase contract, securing an Agreement for Lease with Dalata, concluding all surveys and due diligence, managing and submitting planning, forward funding with a UK institution, progressing detailed design and managing a multi-disciplinary design and consultant team, negotiating the construction contract and managing construction works.
