Central and Urban are appointed by JRL Group to deliver the development of 359 Build to Rent apartments in a prime city centre location in Manchester. The 28 storey development provides a high quality amenity offering, including a sky lounge and expansive roof terraces.

Central and Urban have been appointed to purchase the site for development, progress through planning and detailed design stages, manage the multi-disciplinary design team and appointed legal advisors and to deliver the development to practical completion. The development will be delivered under a forward fund structure with the main contract works being carried out by the JRL Group in-house construction company.
