Working with a private investor Central and Urban secured this site for development, negotiated a pre-let with Dalata Hotel Group for a Maldron branded hotel, appointed and managed the multi-disciplinary design and consultant team, secured planning consent and negotiated the construction contract. Funding was secured on a forward fund basis with an institutional investor, with the development completing in 2024.
